Old Fourth Ward

Neighborhood best known for the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Site, Homes in this area currently range from $150k for a renovation project to $1,000,000 for the large Craftsman homes

East Atlanta

A creative little neighborhood with East Atlanta Village as it’s main area of shops and entertainment; Homes in this area range from $60k for rehab/investment properties to $800k

Poncey Highlands

Most homes in this location are located within walking distance to the Atlanta Beltline and Ponce City Market. Homes in this little area are currently selling in the $700k range for New Construction townhomes


Midtown is the center of city life situated between Downtown to the South and Buckhead to the north. Condo/townhome investments in this area can still be acquired in the $150k+ range and single family investments are around $500k+


Soon to be the new home of the Atlanta Braves, this area is City of Atlanta but Cobb county so the taxes are lower than other Atlanta neighborhoods. Home prices are in the $500k to over $27,000,000 depending on the area and acerage

West Atlanta

A more industrial side of town with a popular design and entertaining district, steals in this area can still be found for under $200k

South Fulton

Close proximity to the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport make this location ideal for the frequent traveler. New Home prices in this area are still very feasible offering the lowest price per square footage over any other Atlanta area (Ex. 4000+ sq ft home for as low as $200k)

West End

An area known for its rich African American History, this area is home to Atlanta’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities and still and area for some great investment properties under $50k

Chastain Park

One of my favorite areas in the city, north of Buckhead surrounding Chastain Park, the area has frequent community events, its own sports teams and an amphitheater which hosts some of the best concerts in the city. Homes in this area are priced around $600k to $4,000,000

Sandy Springs

Close access to I285 and 400 make this area ideal for those commuting to work north of the city. The topography in this area is a bit more sloping than other parts of the city but it makes for some great scenery with beautiful custom homes priced from about $500k to the millions


Also a great location with easy highway access, there is a Dekalb and Gwinnett county side.  Dunwoody offers the quality of life the suburbs offer while still being close proximity to the city. Homes in this area can be found for as low as $300k and go into the millions


Known as Atlanta’s Beverly Hills, Home prices here range from $400k to over $15,000,000
